License
For 4 years of existence of JSC KazTransCom became the key operator of telecommunications services in the Western Kazakhstan, having occupied its niche on the market.

Creation of KazTransCom, affiliated company of JSC «KazMunayGas»was decision to requirement of the fast-developing oil-and-gas sector of economy in the integrated telecommunication structure. This task required constant and significant investments, coordination of the integrated network’s general structure  and obtaining of appropriate licenses.
Today company realizes various telecommunication projects in strategically important regions of Kazakhstan where the oil industry’s companies requiring for operative and qualitative communication.

On October, 14, 2004 within the framework of realization of the program of Kazakhstan telecommunication market liberalization JSC KazTransCom obtained the state license on granting of  international and long-distance telecommunication services of the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for Informatization and Communications.



The state license of the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for Informatization and Communications AБА №000666 from 14.10.2004 on enterprise activity on granting of local telecommunication services.

The state license of the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for Informatization and Communications AБА №000667 from 14.10.2004 on enterprise activity on granting of data transmission services.


The state license of the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for Informatization and Communications AБА №000668 from 14.10.2004 on enterprise activity on granting telecommunication services on leased communication network.

The state license of the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for Informatization and Communications AБА №000669 from 14.10.2004 on enterprise activity on granting organization of private networks services.


The state license of the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for Informatization and Communications AБА №000670 from 14.10.2004 on enterprise activity on granting of mobile telecommunication services (mobile radio / radio telephone, trunk communications).

The state license of the Republic of Kazakhstan Agency for Informatization and Communications AБА №000671 from 14.10.2004 on enterprise activity on granting of services of technical operation of networks and communication line.
