The Training Center
 The Corporate Training Center «KazTransCom» is a special subdivision of the Company responsible for professional education of employees and implementing the system approach to the personnel training within the framework of strategic tasks solving. The «KazTransCom» Training Center was established on November 27th, 2007. Establishment of the corporate Training Center has signified the regular stage in the «KazTransCom» development.

The Training Center trains the staff-members, supports the employees' required professional level to be in line with the latest achievements in the sphere of telecommunication technologies. The personnel's training is organized at the Training Center in the following areas:

  •  advanced training for the technical staff;
  •  long-term training for executives and top managers;
  •  training for enhancing efficiency of sales and clients servicing;
  •  corporate team-building trainings;
  •  personal development trainings.
