Training Center’s objectives and tasks
1. Structuring the training system, complying with the Company's development strategy.
2. Internal training development.
Tasks set by the Training Center:
1. Generalizes the experience gained by the «KazTransCom» in various fields of activity.
- Develops the standards of activity in the main functional directions: commercial activity, finances, maintenance (operation), human resource management, information technologies.
- Generates the bank of typical tasks facing specialists and management of the Company.
2. Develops the programs for the «KazTransCom's» personnel internal training.
- Brings the perfromance standards into line with the qualification levels working in the Company.
- Prepares the programs for training on the general corporate standards for new employees.
- Develops training plans for the Company employees.
- Selects teachers and trainers to conduct training courses.
- Organizes employees' training outside the company.
