The Program for young specialists support.
Program objectives:
  • Planning and shaping the personnel reserve for the HO and branches;
  • Accelerated training of specialists for occupying the demanded positions from the number of the best HEI graduates;
  • Reduction of the costs related to time and materials consumed in the process of personnel recruitment;
  • Attracting young specialists for working in the KTC branches.

Program types:

Pre-diploma internship (practical training) of students
  • 6-week pre-diploma internship of HEI graduate students;
  • Writing the graduation thesis on the basis of the pre-diploma internship results Stages of students selection process;
  • Questionnaires processing (competent filling-out, matching the requirements);
  • Data inquiry on university students' progress;
  • Testing (general skills, logical thinking);
  • The round table (team playing, leadership, end-result orientation);
  • Interview with participation of heads of structural subdivisions;
  • Final selection of trainees (who passed internship).

Internship program

Every intern student shall have a manager of internship and a direct supervisor.

The internship manager shall be the Head of an appropriate division where student passes his internship.

A supervisor shall be a staff member of a certain subdivision, and perform as the direct supervisor of a trained student.
